(Four months after this DVD was supplied to the Police the above web site was closed down following a complaint by Mr Arthur and allegedly with the collusion of the Police - a close copy of the site can be viewed HERE)

This is a live web site set up only because Mr Arthur invariably denies receipt of mail posted by

first class post and refuses to accept mail posted "signed for". As can be seen the majority of
mail posted "signed for" and not refused (or accepted) has mysteriously been lost by Royal Mail
(marked "L"). The web site is primarily intended to allow Mr Arthur to download a second copy of
the "lost" (or refused) mail at  anytime.
